Lucca Chess Festival 2022 was a Chess tournament hosted in the northern part of Lucca, outside the walls.
Gary and I travelled down there via train for the weekend. It was maybe crazy to take him with me but I really would have felt so bad leaving him alone when I could just bring him. But in the end, I think he wasn’t a huge fan of the travelling.
